What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any recent imaging from other providers. Please arrive about 10 minutes early.
How long is the first visit?
About 45 to 60 minutes. That covers your history, an exam, your options explained and, if you agree, treatment.

Street parking is available on Pacific Avenue, and the front desk can tell you about garages nearby.
