WHO WE SEE
Built around a busy week
Our patients' days look a lot like these.
Long days at a desk
Hours at a screen add up. We look at how you sit, stand and move, and show you changes to try at your workstation.
A commute on foot, by bike or by train
A shoulder bag, a platform, a pair of handlebars: the same load, every day. We ask about your route and your routine.
Weekend sports and workouts
Running, lifting or a pickup game. We work with you at a pace you set, and show you exercises for the days between visits.
Not sure chiropractic fits?
Tell us what you are looking for. If another kind of provider is a better first step, we will say so.

OUR SERVICES
What we offer
Each visit starts with an exam, and your doctor explains every technique before using it.

Spinal adjustment
A hands-on adjustment of a joint in the spine, by hand or with a small instrument. You can stop at any time.

Sports care
For runners, riders and lifters. Hands-on care with exercises to build strength and control.

Posture and desk setup
A look at how you sit, stand and move across a working day, with workstation changes and exercises to try.

Soft tissue and movement care
Hands-on work on tight muscles and stiff joints, with exercises to practice at home.

Prenatal and pediatric visits
Gentle, low-force methods during pregnancy, and short, gentle visits for children with a parent present.
HOW WE WORK
Listening first
Your doctor takes the time to hear your history and your goals, explains what they find, and treats only with your agreement.

We start with a conversation
Your first visit begins with your history and what you want from care, not a procedure.

Methods we explain
Each technique is explained before it is used, including its known risks. You can say no at any point.

Care at your pace
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and reviews it with you as you go. There is no number of visits set in advance.

YOUR VISITS
From first visit to follow-up
The same order for every new patient.
Your first visit
Your history, a talk about your goals, and an exam of how you move. X-rays only when medically necessary.
Your options explained
Your doctor explains what was found, the options and their risks, and what each would cost.
Care you agree to
Treatment starts when you say yes. Each step is explained before it begins.
Follow-up visits
Short visits to check in. Your doctor reviews the plan with you, and you can stop at any time.

“Booking took one phone call, and the cost matched the estimate I was given.”
Sample reviews.
Questions before your first visit
What happens at the first visit?
You talk with your doctor about your history and what you want from care. Your doctor then examines how you move, explains what was found and what the options are, and treats only if you agree. Plan on 45 to 60 minutes.
What are the risks of an adjustment?
Some people feel sore or tired for a day or so afterward. Rare, serious problems have been reported, including a tear in an artery in the neck, which can cause a stroke. Your doctor explains the risks before treating you, and you can decline any technique. If you have a sudden severe headache or neck pain, new weakness or numbness, or trouble speaking or seeing, call 911 or see a physician first.
How many visits will I need?
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and reviews it with you as you go. We do not set a number of visits in advance.
Do you take my insurance?
We bill many PPO plans, and coverage for chiropractic visits differs from plan to plan. Our front desk checks your benefits before your first visit. The How fees work page explains the rest.
Do I need X-rays?
Only when medically necessary. If your doctor thinks an image would help, they explain why and what it would cost before it is taken. Bring any recent imaging you already have.
What is the cancellation policy?
To change or cancel a visit, call us as early as you can. Ask the front desk about the practice's cancellation policy.
